  • Issue: When a contact replied to an existing email thread, only attachments smaller than 5MB were captured in the CRM. Attachments larger than 5MB were not logged.

Outbound Email Issues with Gmail/Outlook 2-Way Sync

  • Issue: When a user sent an email with attachments larger than 5MB from their personal inbox (outside the CRM), the attachments were not logged in the CRM.
  • Fix: This issue is now resolved. Outbound attachments up to 25MB from the user's personal inbox are now fully supported and accurately logged in the CRM. πŸ˜ƒ
