We are excited to introduce a powerful new feature to enhance your experience: CP<>Contacts Integration! This update allows you to seamlessly view and manage Community Groups and Courses offers for your locations directly from the Contacts page. Let’s dive into what’s new and how it benefits you.

What’s New?

Add Offers to Contacts Seamlessly

Now, from the Contacts page, you can assign offers to any contact with minimal effort. This enhancement improves how you manage deals and promotions, eliminating the need to navigate away from the page.

Group Management Made Easy

Organize your contacts more efficiently by adding them to groups directly from the Contacts page. Whether it’s for targeted campaigns or audience management, this feature simplifies the process, saving you time and effort.

Password Management for Users

Admins can now manage passwords more effectively. Change passwords for users directly from the Contacts page, or send a password reset link. These options ensure quick and easy password management, improving the user experience for account recovery and security.

How It Works

1. Navigate to the “Contacts” section and select a contact.
2. Depending on the enabled features for a particular location:
   • If Courses are enabled, the “Contacts” page will display the Courses section.
   • If the Client Portal is enabled, the “Contacts” page will show the Client Portal section, including community groups.
3. Based on the specific contact, you are presented with either the Client Portal or Courses options.
4. Choose from a list of available community groups or course offerings and assign them to the selected contact.
5. Utilize the “Set Password” and “Send Reset Password Link” options to set or reset passwords as needed.

This update is designed to streamline your workflows, making it easier for you to manage contacts and improve user experiences.
