These actions enable you to create, update, and clear fields for custom object records linked to contact-based workflows, reducing manual data handling and improving workflow efficiency.

Create an Associated Record

Update an Associated Record

Clear Fields of an Associated Record

How to Use?

  1. Ensure custom objects are set up within your account.
  2. Navigate to Automations > Workflows and start a new workflow from scratch or modify an existing contact-based workflow. Select one of the three new actions:
    • Create an Associated Record to generate a new custom object.
    • Update an Associated Record to modify an existing linked record.
    • Clear Fields of an Associated Record to reset specific values.
  3. Select the custom object and association label for linking the record.
  4. Define which fields to populate, update, or clear based on your chosen action.
  5. Save and activate the workflow to automate your processes.
