Automated Tagging for Enhanced Campaign Personalization

Automate Tagging Based on Campaign Interactions

We’re excited to introduce a new feature that will revolutionize how you manage email campaigns—automated tagging based on campaign interactions. This enhancement simplifies the tagging process, allowing you to personalize and target your audience more effectively.

Enhanced Personalization

With this new update, you’ll be able to automatically tag users based on their interactions such as email opens or link clicks. This level of personalization allows you to target users aligned with their engagement patterns, making your campaigns more effective.

Improved Automation

Say goodbye to complex workflows needed for tagging. By configuring simple rules within the send or schedule screen, you can save time through automation, allowing your team to focus on crafting compelling content.

Simplified Segmentation

Easily create and manage tags based on straightforward user actions. This feature makes it effortless to segment your audience, ensuring your communications are relevant and engaging.

Limitations to Note

While this feature is powerful, there are a few limitations to keep in mind:

  • Tags are added once per interaction.
  • Links are identified by their unique URLs.
  • Trigger links, like unsubscribe links, are excluded.
  • Click-based tagging requires Tracking Links to be enabled.

How to Use This Feature

  1. Create Your Campaign: Design and set up your email as you normally would.
  2. Enable Tagging: Navigate to the “Send or Schedule” screen, activate “Add Tags,” and click on “Add Conditions.”
