We are thrilled to share that Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) payment methods are now supported in order forms and payment links on SMBcrm. This enhancement is applicable for both 1-step and 2-step order forms. Business users can now offer their customers greater payment flexibility by integrating the following BNPL options:
This feature is available exclusively for businesses using Stripe as their payment provider.
If you’re not using Stripe yet, it might be worthwhile to consider making the switch to take full advantage of this new feature.
BNPL options are available for one-time products only, not for recurring products. This gives customers the freedom to make larger one-time purchases with manageable payments.
Offering BNPL methods can significantly increase conversion rates by providing your customers with flexible payment options. This allows for a smoother and more appealing buying experience, which can lead to higher sales and customer satisfaction.
All order and transaction details will be recorded under the Payments menu, just like credit card payments. Existing triggers for Order Submitted and Payment Received will function as usual, ensuring seamless integration with your order processing and financial tracking.
Please note that this feature is being gradually rolled out and might already be available for some accounts. If it’s not yet active in your account, rest assured that it will be soon.
