What’s New?

We are excited to announce a significant enhancement to our booking widget that will streamline the booking process for your customers. Previously, the system automatically searched for available slots over the next 3 months. If no slot was found, bookers would have the option to search further. Now, when date-specific hours are configured for a calendar (without weekly working hours), the widget will automatically open to the first available date in the future, no matter how far out that may be.

Benefit to You

This update is particularly beneficial for businesses that host future events and want to accept bookings in advance. Bookers no longer need to manually search for the next available slot. Instead, the widget will automatically display it, making the booking process seamless and efficient.

Example

For example, if you are hosting a New Year’s Eve event on December 31st, customers can book immediately, and the widget will open directly to that date. This ensures a seamless booking process and enhances customer satisfaction.

How to Use

To take advantage of this new feature, follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to Calendar Settings > Choose your Calendar > Availability Tab.
  2. Configure Date-Specific Hours and ensure that no Weekly Working Hours are set for this feature to work.
