By registering your US phone numbers with major caller-ID analytics firms such as First Orion, Hiya, and TNS, you can eliminate those pesky "spam likely" labels from legitimate calls and significantly lift your answer rates. This is especially effective for numbers that have previously been blocked.

Why Enable Voice Integrity?

• Correct Bad Reputation: The feature helps remove existing spam flags, ensuring that your calls don't get dismissed as potential spam.
• Increased Answer Rates: Once your calls display a trusted ID, recipients are more likely to answer, improving communication efficiency.

Prerequisites for Voice Integrity

• SHAKEN/STIR Required: This protocol is essential to authenticate the legitimacy of your calls.
• CNAM Recommended: Incorporating a branded name can enhance trust, making it more likely for your calls to be accepted.

Limitations

Please note that this feature is currently applicable to US numbers only, and does not cover international traffic.

How to Use Voice Integrity

Activating Voice Integrity is a straightforward process:

1. Enable via Labs
   

2. Navigate to Settings: Access the feature by heading to Settings > Phone Numbers > Trust Center > Voice Integrity.
   

3. Complete the Form: Fill in the necessary details on the provided form.

4. Submit the Application: Once submitted, applications are typically processed within approximately two business days. You can easily check the status of your application under "Submitted Applications."

This feature will transition from Labs to general availability to all users in just two weeks.
