We are thrilled to announce the release of our new Fixed-Stage Domain Warmup feature. This built-in system is designed to boost your email deliverability and protect your sender reputation, especially when working with new or untested domains. Remember, this feature is debuting as part of our Beta Program, so you'll need to manually enable it to begin utilizing it for your domains.

How It Works

This system operates on a fixed-stage model:

  • Each stage sets a daily sending limit
  • Progress to the next stage occurs only after fulfilling the current day's limit
  • No hourly restrictions are applied
  • Emails must be sent via the warming domain for progression
  • Warmup pauses automatically after hitting the daily limit and resumes the following day

In this initial Beta phase, exceeding the daily limit won't block your sends, but future updates will enforce these limits strictly.

How to Enable Warmup

For Newly Created Domains:

  • Warmup is automatically enabled upon domain creation and verification.

For Existing Domains:

  • Enable warmup manually through the settings:

    For Agencies:
    Navigate to Settings → Email Services → SMTP Service → Dedicated Domain and IP

    For Accounts:
    Navigate to Account Settings → Email Services → SMTP Service → Dedicated Domain and IP

Upon enabling warmup for existing domains, the system will provide a starting stage recommendation based on historical email activity and Google Postmaster insights.
