Messaging Limit Visibility + Steps to Increase
To streamline your experience with customer interactions, a new tabbed UI has been introduced in the “Manage” section for each connected WhatsApp phone number. You can now easily view your messaging limits and access clear steps to increase them directly within the WhatsApp Settings page.
Tiers Available:
- 1,000
- 10,000
- 100,000
- Unlimited (with your current tier highlighted)
How to level up:
- Initiate conversations with a specific number of unique customers within seven days.
- Wait 24 hours after hitting the above milestone.
- Maintain a high or medium quality rating.

Messaging Links & QR Codes
Generate WhatsApp links and QR codes with pre-filled messages effortlessly. These features allow customers to immediately initiate a chat with you, optimizing lead generation and bolstering offline campaigns.
- Customize Pre-Filled Messages: Tailor your messages to align with specific campaigns.
- Easy Sharing: Disseminate short links or embed QR codes in print and digital media.
Example pre-filled message: “Hi, I’m interested in getting more leads and growing my business.”

How It Works:
To manage your phone numbers:
- Navigate to Settings > WhatsApp.
- Under each connected phone, select Manage.
- Explore the tabs:

- Profile: Update business details like name, vertical, and website.
- Message Links: Craft WhatsApp message links and QR codes.

Messaging limits define the maximum number of business-initiated conversations you can initiate within a 24-hour period. Initially capped at 250, these limits can be scaled up to meet your growing business needs:
- 1K business-initiated conversations
- 10K business-initiated conversations
- 100K business-initiated conversations
- Unlimited business-initiated conversations
