We are excited to introduce an upgrade to our call transcription feature. Now, you can manually download transcripts, making it easier to keep detailed records of your calls.
In addition, transcripts can be fetched using the public API, providing more flexibility and options for integration.
UK-based users will experience an improved process for completing their Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. For individuals (not registered businesses), you can now declare that status while creating a regulatory bundle, simplifying the KYC completion process.
For businesses, if you select UK CRN under Registration Authority, you now only need to submit Proof of Address and Emergency Address. There’s no longer a requirement to submit Proof of Identity, streamlining the documentation process.
