Now, you can effortlessly select up to 10 recipients in the Connect Call action within our IVR system. This improved functionality initiates simultaneous calls to all selected users, and continues until one takes the call.

The expansion of outreach to multiple users at the same time significantly increases the chances of promptly addressing the caller’s needs, particularly when other recipients are unavailable. The effect? Enhanced lead conversions and a refined user experience as missed opportunities decrease and connections flourish seamlessly.
