We're excited to announce the latest enhancement to our chat widget feature: Avatar Image Optimization. This update is designed to improve performance and user experience with two key options:

Default Behavior: Image Optimization Enabled

By default, image optimization is enabled on all chat widgets for avatar images. This ensures avatars are automatically optimized for performance and delivered via a Content Delivery Network (CDN) with caching enabled. As a result, users will experience faster load times and an overall enhanced user experience.

High-Resolution Option: Flexibility for Quality

For those who prioritize image quality over load time, the new high-resolution option allows users to disable image optimization. This feature is useful for showing higher-quality images, though it may lead to longer load times.

🤗 How Does It Work?

1. Open the Chat Widget:
   • Click on the widget name to begin customization.
2. Navigate to the Widget Tab:
   • Scroll down to the "Widget Customization" section.
3. Toggle Image Optimization:
   • Use the toggle switch in the customization section to enable or disable image optimization according to your preference.
4. Save and Preview:
   • Save your changes and preview the widget to ensure the settings meet your needs.
