COD and Manual Payments Now Independent of Online Requirements

Making COD and Manual Payment Methods Independent of Online Payments for Ecommerce Stores & Order Forms

About

We are thrilled to announce a significant enhancement to our Ecommerce stores and order forms. Previously, Cash on Delivery (COD) and Manual Payment methods were restricted, requiring the setup of an online payment method for activation. With our latest update, this dependency has been removed!

Enhancement

  • Independent Setup: You can now set up COD and Manual Payment Methods independently, without needing to configure an online payment method.
  • Simplified Configuration: This update removes the previous requirement, making the process more straightforward and flexible for store owners focused exclusively on manual payment methods.

Things to Note

  • Configuration Tip: For existing accounts that rely solely on COD, simply disconnect the default online payment provider and retain only manual payment methods.
  • Limitation: COD and Manual Payment Methods will not be supported for Recurring Products.
