Conversation & Email Composer Enhancements Now Released

We’ve been listening to your feedback and took some steps to provide a smoother functionality. Here are some of our essential enhancements to the platform for a more optimized business process.

Improved Central Panel of Conversation Feature

We’re excited to announce an important fix to our Conversation Page’s central panel. Earlier, users faced an issue maintaining their scroll position when fetching older messages. We are happy to report that we’ve fixed this issue.

This change ensures that your scrolling performance remains consistent and unaffected, allowing you to review older messages with ease and without disruption.

Conversation Unread Tab Fix

On the left panel of the Conversation in the Unread Tab, we noticed that once a message was replied to, the conversation would move out of the unread tab. We recognized the inconvenience this may cause, especially for keeping track of ongoing conversations.

To address this, we’ve implemented a crucial update. Now, when you reply to an unread conversation, it will remain marked as unread and will not move out of the unread tab. This small but significant update brings added convenience for your workflow.

Enhanced Activity Changes in the Central Panel

We found that when changes were made to the Activity, an activity message would be added to the chat. However, due to an issue, only the last ten messages would remain visible in the chat, while the rest disappeared.

We are glad to let you know that we’ve solved this problem. Now, all your conversation threads will be fully visible and in order, making it easier for you to track your discussions.

Line Spacing Issues Resolved in Message Composer

Finally, we addressed an extra space issue between lines in the message composer. This issue led to errors in templates and signatures, and created a mismatch between composed and sent emails.

Our recent release fixes this problem, enhancing the clarity and efficiency of your emails. Now, what you see while composing an email is exactly how it will appear when you send it.
