Conversation Updates – Mobile App – v3.77.3
We're thrilled to announce our latest update to conversations on the mobile app. With version 3.77.3, we've made several improvements to enhance your mobile experience. Here’s what's new:
🚀 What's New
- Enhanced Conversation AI Selection: A more comprehensive view to check the complete result generated by the conversation AI before making a selection.
- Send Review Requests: Now, you can send a review request to a contact directly from the conversation window.
- View External Call Logs: All external calls made to a contact are now visible within the conversation window.
👷♂️ How It Works
- Open the mobile app and navigate to the conversations screen. Select an ongoing conversation.
- When the conversation AI generates replies, open the bottom sheet to view the complete text of each generated reply.
- Select the most appropriate reply by tapping on it.
- To send a review request, tap the + button at the bottom of the chat screen and select "Send Review Request."
