What's New?
- Create Appointment Note Action: Effortlessly add notes to an appointment using workflows to improve organization and productivity.
- Supports Multiple Triggers: This action is compatible with various triggers such as appointment-based triggers (e.g., Appointment Status, Customer Booked Appointment) or Inbound Webhook Trigger.
- Flexible Note Input: You have the flexibility to add custom notes manually or incorporate dynamic content from webhook data.
- Automated Record-Keeping: This feature enhances scheduling organization by creating appointment notes without the need for manual entry.
How to Set It Up?
- Create a Workflow: Start by navigating to Automations and select Create New Workflow.
- Add a Trigger: Choose an appointment-based trigger like Appointment Status or utilize the Inbound Webhook Trigger to initiate the workflow.
- Add the Action: Choose Create Appointment Note and give your action a descriptive name.
- Configure Inputs: For those using the Inbound Webhook, provide the
appointmentId
and body
details. For appointment-based triggers, only the note body is necessary as the system automatically ties it to the relevant appointment, eliminating the need for an appointment ID.
