- Webhook Integration: You can now create custom POST Webhook calls to external APIs, with comprehensive support for authentication, headers, and dynamic parameters that are gathered during the conversation.
- Conversation Triggers: Specify conversation scenarios that activate Custom Actions, allowing for the seamless execution of external processes.
- Dynamic Parameter Collection: Automatically capture information such as strings, numeric values, emails, and phone numbers from conversations to fill API calls.
- Real-time Testing: Test your webhook configurations directly in the interface to ensure your integrations function correctly with external systems before saving them.
