Enhanced Customization for Payment Links

We’re excited to announce a valuable enhancement to our payment link feature: You can now add custom terms and conditions below the Pay Button for Payment Links. Previously, this text was stagnant, but with our new update, you can fully customize it to better suit your business needs. Additionally, you can include a hyperlink within the terms and conditions, allowing users to access detailed terms easily.

This update provides significant benefits, helping merchants convey important information more effectively and safeguard themselves against potential chargebacks.

How to Use the New Feature

1. Activate the Checkbox: In the configuration panel on the left side of the payment link setup, click on the checkbox to enable the custom terms and conditions feature.
2. Add Hyperlinks: Click on the Hyperlink icon, then choose the text you want to display and set the redirection link. This allows you to provide access to a detailed page where your terms are hosted.
3. End User Experience: Once set up, your end users will see the terms like this:

Why We Built This Feature

This enhancement aims to help merchants safeguard themselves more effectively against chargebacks and convey their terms more clearly to users. By adding customizable terms and conditions directly below the payment button, you can ensure that your users are well-informed about your policies, thus reducing disputes and enhancing transparency.
