New Product Update – Allow Re-Entry Default Setting Changes

Based on extensive data analysis, we've identified that the majority of our users prefer to have the "Allow Re-Entry" setting turned on for their workflows. To enhance your experience and streamline your workflow setup, we're implementing changes to the default behavior of this setting.

Key Changes to Default Settings

• Previous Default: When creating a new workflow, the "Allow Re-Entry" setting was turned "Off" by default.
• New Default: Moving forward, the "Allow Re-Entry" toggle will be turned "On" by default for newly created workflows.
• Impact: This change will only apply to new workflows. Existing workflows will retain their current settings.

How to Switch Off the Allow Re-Entry Setting

If you'd like to change the "Allow Re-Entry" setting back to "Off" for any new workflows, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to Workflow Builder
2. Navigate to the "Settings" Tab
3. Switch "Off" the Allow Re-Entry Toggle
