You now have the option to disable the call recording message that is played during incoming calls. Previously, a message would automatically play to inform all participants that the call is being recorded. Now, you have the control to turn this message off, optimizing your call procedures.

Current Scope and Future Updates

  • Outgoing Calls: At present, this feature is only applicable to incoming calls. The call recording message for outgoing calls will still be played. However, we are working to extend this functionality to outgoing calls as well, and it is expected to roll out in the upcoming week.

  • Regulatory Compliance: It's essential to consider your local regulations regarding call recordings. Be sure to comply with any legal requirements for informing parties that a call is being recorded.
