Our latest update allows you to generate contracts as drafts, using the "Send Documents & Contracts" action in workflows. This ensures that your documents are reviewed and completed by the designated team member or individual before being sent out.
To get started, you'll want to set up a workflow that caters to your contract management needs. Add triggers such as a new deal stage to kick off the workflow process.
Within your workflow, add the "Send Documents & Contracts" action. Choose your desired contract template and set the "Sending Mode" to “Create as Draft.”
Once you've set everything up, publish the workflow. As the trigger is activated, a draft contract will be automatically created.
The draft is now ready for final touches. The responsible team member can review and finalize the draft from the Documents & Contracts section, ensuring it meets all necessary standards before sending.
