- Multi-Location Support: Clone certificate templates up to three locations at once, making it simple to maintain consistency across your operations.
- Complete Migration: When you clone a certificate template, all associated media files and images will automatically migrate, ensuring nothing is left behind.
- Preserved Configuration and History: All configurations and version histories linked with the templates will be copied over during the cloning process.
How to Use This Feature
To get started with the cloning feature, follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to Memberships > Certificates: Begin by accessing your certificates from the main menu.
- Select the Template: Locate the certificate template you wish to clone.
- Initiate the Clone Process: Click on the three-dots (⋮) next to your chosen template and select “Clone.”
- Customize and Confirm: Edit the template name and select up to three locations where you want the clone to reside, then confirm your selections.
