Effortless Community Migration with the New Skool Importer

We are excited to announce the launch of our new Skool Importer feature. This tool makes it incredibly easy for community administrators to move their Skool membership and posts into our platform, enhancing the overall community experience.

How Skool Importer Works

Enter Group Details

To start, provide your Skool group slug, admin email, and password. This information is vital to initiate the import process.

Start Importing Members

Once you're set up, click the Continue button. This begins fetching member data from your Skool group.

Download and Prepare the CSV

A CSV file will be generated, containing:

• Profile Slug
• First Name
• Last Name
• Email (note: some emails may be missing)

As an admin, you’ll need to fill in any missing email data before moving to the next step.

Upload CSV and Finalize Import

Upload the completed CSV. The system will then:

• Fetch and import the members into your community group
• Display how many members were successfully imported
• Show a count of any members not imported

Import Skool Posts

After members are imported, you have the option to import posts created by those members, ensuring all vital community conversations are maintained.
