In the past, when your integration faced disruptions due to reasons such as expired tokens or permission changes, the solution was often cumbersome—requiring you to remove and then reconnect the entire integration. This process was not only confusing but also time-consuming.
Introducing our new Reconnect button! Now, if a connection is broken, you can quickly restore it by initiating the OAuth flow again. There's no need to remove the integration and start over, saving you time and effort and providing a smoother, more intuitive experience.
We've also enhanced the security and consistency of reconnections:
This validation protects against accidental misconfigurations and ensures a seamless reconnection process.
Previously, when an integration had to be removed and added back, configuration settings were reset, causing inconvenience. With the new Reconnect option, this is no longer an issue:
Simply click the Reconnect button, complete the OAuth process, and your integration will be back online with all your prior settings intact.
