With the latest update, users can now import and sync not only orders, contacts, and transactions but also their entire product range and collections from Shopify. This holistic migration supports your business growth through seamless data management and enhanced marketing opportunities.

- Effortless data transfer from Shopify, holistically migrating every element of your store.
- Utilize our platform’s marketing triggers such as Order Submitted Trigger and Payment Received Trigger to automate operations.
How to Leverage This Integration
- Access the Integration: Navigate to Settings > Integration > Shopify within your account to get started.
- Connect Your Shopify Store: Click on the “connect” button. When prompted, enter your Admin API access Token and a valid Shopify store URL.

Adding store details
- Select Data to Import: Decide which data you wish to migrate, including Contacts, Orders, Transactions, Products, and Collections.

Import elements from Shopify
- Configure Syncing Settings: Choose which data to keep in continuous sync. Options include Contacts, Orders, Transactions, Order triggers, Payment triggers, Products, and Collections.

Future Sync permissions from Shopify
- Complete the Setup: Finalize your selections by clicking Save. Please note that syncing might take some time.
- Manage Your Settings: Enable or disable elements for future orders as your business needs evolve.
- Reimporting Data: You can disconnect and reconnect to reimport any missed data.
Important Considerations
- Taxes are not included when importing products.
- Each order syncs as a single transaction.
- Merged contacts in Shopify will reflect as primary contacts.
- Orders import with statuses marked as “Completed” or “Cancelled”.
- Default SEO settings in Shopify appear as null upon import.
