Effortless Product and Collection Import for E-commerce Stores
Store owners, rejoice! You can now seamlessly import and sync your products and collections from your WooCommerce store to our platform. This enhancement enriches your integration experience, allowing for a comprehensive migration of your WooCommerce store’s components, including products, collections, contacts, orders, and transactions.
Expanding Integration Capabilities
Previously, our WooCommerce integration allowed for the import and sync of orders, contacts, and transactions. With this latest update, you can effortlessly include your products and collections, simplifying your e-commerce management.
How to Use the New Feature
- Access the Integration Settings: Find the WooCommerce integration within an account under Settings > Integration > WooCommerce.
- Connect Your WooCommerce Store: Initiate the setup by clicking the “connect” button. You’ll be prompted to enter your store URL (e.g., https://yourstore.com) to begin.

- Select Data to Import: Choose the data you’d like to import from your WooCommerce store. Options include Contacts, Orders, Transactions, Products, and Collections.

- Configure Syncing Settings: Decide which data you want to continuously sync in the future. This includes Contacts, Orders, Transactions, Order Submitted Triggers, Payment Received Triggers, Products, and Collections.

- Complete the Setup: After selecting your import and sync preferences, click Save. The process may take some time.
- Manage Settings: Post-connection, enable or disable sync elements for future WooCommerce orders.
- Reimporting Data: To reimport data, disconnect and reconnect the integration to bring in any missed data.
