Elevate Your Social Media Strategy with Recurring Schedule: Maximize Reach and Engagement!

Elevate Your Social Media Strategy with SMBcrm’s Recurring Schedule

Have you ever wondered how to maximize the viewership of your carefully crafted social media content? We have news for you! Our behind-the-scenes team has been working hard to bring you a solution: the launch of Recurring Schedule for social media posts.

Why Implement a Recurring Schedule?

Creating content for social media can involve quite a bit of work. After all that effort, it’s disheartening to know only about 10% of your audience will see it. With Recurring Schedule, you create your content once and schedule it to repost regularly – daily, weekly, monthly, or annually. This allows you to reach a larger portion of your audience and gain more traction with your posts.

Key benefits of implementing this feature include:

  • Elevated Reach and Engagement: Reach a broader range of your audience and boost both reach and engagement.
  • Consistent Brand Presence: Maintain a coherent brand image and presence in your audience’s mind through regularly posted content.
  • Efficient Time and Effort Management: Save yourself some time by scheduling your posts once and reaping the benefits repeatedly.
  • Increased Conversion Rates: The more your audience sees your content, the more likely they are to convert.
  • Improved Content Strategy: Gain valuable insights from the data produced by recurring posts and enhance your content strategy.
  • Amplified Social Proof: A consistent stream of engagement increases your credibility, encouraging more people to join your community.

Steps to Set Up the Recurring Schedule of Post

  1. Head over to Marketing > Social Planner > New Post.
  2. Use our AI to create your social post content and add media, or write it yourself.
  3. After creating, select post option and choose “Schedule Recurring Post”.
  4. Schedule the post for days, weeks, months, or years. If you choose ‘week’, you will need to specify which days of the week the post should recur.
  5. Finally, select the time for the post to go out.

The Magic of Parent and Child Posts

In your Recurring Schedule, you’ll find a tab for Parent Post and Child Posts. Parent Post is where you create your original content and set the recurring schedule. Child Posts are the subsequent posts in the schedule. You can edit the content in the Parent Post, and your changes will update automatically for all future Child Posts.

Embrace the Power of Recurring Schedule

With this brilliant feature, you can enhance your social media presence, keep your content fresh and ubiquitous, and engage more effectively with your audience.
