We're excited to introduce a new feature that enhances your document management experience. You can now attach multiple files (SVG, PNG, JPG, or PDF) to any document or template within the Document Builder and Template Builder. Each file can be up to 15 MB in size.
When you send a document—whether manually or through an automated workflow—these files are seamlessly included as real email attachments. This ensures that the recipient can easily view and download them directly from their inbox.
Open Any Document or Template: Initiate the process by selecting a document in the Document Builder.
Add Attachments: Locate the Add Attachments option in the left-hand “Document settings” panel. Click Upload to proceed.
Upload Your Files: Drag and drop files or browse your computer for the desired files. Supported formats are SVG, PNG, JPG, and PDF, each up to 15 MB in size. Enjoy real-time upload progress and remove any unwanted files using the 🗑 icon if necessary.
Save the Document or Template: Ensure all changes are saved.
Send the Document: Upon sending the document—whether manually or through a workflow—the files will be attached to the email, appearing as download links for the recipient.
This feature was designed to simplify the process of sending comprehensive communication by enabling clients to send both contracts and all supporting documents in a single email. This improvement reduces back-and-forth communication and allows for a more streamlined and professional interaction with your recipients.
