What's New in Quick Action Buttons?

Our latest update includes the Quick Actions in the bot menu, which now offers options for editing, deleting, duplicating, and setting bots as primary. Here's a breakdown of these enhanced features:

Quick Actions in Bot Menu:

  • Edit Bot: Continue to update and modify your bot effortlessly with retained functionality.
  • Delete Bot: Easily remove bots while maintaining the current deletion logic.
  • Duplicate Bot: Seamlessly replicate bots to save time and maintain uniformity across your conversations.
  • Set as Primary: Select and easily set a bot as your primary one, ensuring the most relevant bot is at the forefront.

Duplicate Bot Functionality

The introduction of the Duplicate Bot feature is a game-changer for users looking to replicate existing bots with ease. When you duplicate a bot, the new bot will be created with the same configuration as the original. The following settings will be fully replicated:

  • Bot Mode: Off, allowing for immediate adjustments before activation.
  • Agent Name: Automatically prefixed with "Copy – [Original Bot Name]" for easy identification.
  • Business Name, Goals, Prompt, Channels, Settings, and Custom Actions: All these elements will remain consistent with the original bot, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.

Set as Primary Option

A fresh Set as Primary button is now available, enabling users to designate a bot as the primary option directly from the bot list view page. This functionality mirrors the existing primary designation process, maintaining your familiar workflow for a seamless experience.

These updates empower you with greater control and efficiency in managing your bots, offering both flexibility and a user-friendly interface.
