We are excited to introduce a seamless feature designed to enhance your client's journey: Custom URL Redirection. Now, once a customer signs a document or completes a payment, you can redirect them to a URL of your choice. This allows for a more guided and cohesive client experience.
To set up custom URL redirection for all documents, follow these steps:
Navigate to Payments → Documents & Contracts → Settings and access Document Settings.
Enable the “Redirect to a Custom URL” toggle.
Enter the desired URL and specify if it should open in the current or a new tab.
Save your settings to apply them globally (this can be overridden for individual templates).
For specific document or template customization:
While creating or editing a Document or Document template, select Settings at the top.
Toggle on "Enable redirection to custom URL."
Input your desired URL and decide on the link-opening preference.
Save the settings. Post-signature or payment, clients will be redirected to your specified link.
This feature provides an opportunity to immediately guide your clients to their next steps—whether it's redirecting them to a thank-you page, prompting them to fill out an onboarding form, or linking to a scheduling page. Simplify your workflow and improve client satisfaction by integrating seamless transition points directly within your documents.
