What's New?

We are excited to introduce a seamless feature designed to enhance your client's journey: Custom URL Redirection. Now, once a customer signs a document or completes a payment, you can redirect them to a URL of your choice. This allows for a more guided and cohesive client experience.

Key Features:

  • Custom URL Redirection: Direct clients to the URL you choose after they sign or make a payment.
  • Flexible Configuration: Apply redirection settings globally across all documents or customize for individual templates.
  • Control Link Behavior: Decide whether the redirected link opens in an existing tab or a new one according to client needs.

How to Use This Feature

Global Settings

To set up custom URL redirection for all documents, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Payments → Documents & Contracts → Settings and access Document Settings.

  2. Enable the “Redirect to a Custom URL” toggle.

  3. Enter the desired URL and specify if it should open in the current or a new tab.

  4. Save your settings to apply them globally (this can be overridden for individual templates).

Per-Document / Per-Template Settings

For specific document or template customization:

  1. While creating or editing a Document or Document template, select Settings at the top.

  2. Toggle on "Enable redirection to custom URL."

  3. Input your desired URL and decide on the link-opening preference.

  4. Save the settings. Post-signature or payment, clients will be redirected to your specified link.
