How It Works
- Create the Widget:
Navigate to the “Chat Widget” section and select All-in-One Chat as your desired chat type.

Create Widget
- Select Channels:
Choose which channels you want to enable—Live, Email, WhatsApp.

- Configure Settings:
Adjust settings for each channel under dedicated tabs. Active WhatsApp numbers will automatically integrate.
- Engage with Visitors:
Users can easily switch channels via a Back button, ensuring conversations remain active until they are manually ended or timed out.
