Now, while engaging in conversations with contacts, you can add internal comments that remain hidden from the contact. This feature ensures that your team can communicate privately, providing a smoother workflow.

Tag Team Members with Mentions

Enhance team collaboration by tagging team members in internal comments with the @ symbol followed by their name. This feature allows you to share insights and solicit feedback efficiently.

Mention Users

Mentions add team members as followers of the conversation, granting them access to the contact and discussion, even if they didn’t have access previously.

Quick Filters for Efficient Mentions

Easily locate conversations where you’ve been mentioned or where specific users are mentioned using the Mentions quick filter. This helps maintain focus on crucial interactions.
