You asked, and we listened. Now, our calendar system supports Multiple Meeting Locations with the added advantage of Custom Forms. Enhance your booking experience with tailored options that cater to your clients' unique needs.

Flexible Meeting Location Options

The new Multiple Meeting Location feature empowers you to provide bookers with versatile choices, including:

  • Custom Location: Enter the actual meeting address along with a display label (e.g., “New York Office”) for ease of identification on the booking widget until the appointment is finalized.
  • Ask the Booker: Allow bookers to input their own preferred location.
  • Standard Choices: Options like Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, Phone, or In-Person make scheduling straightforward and accessible.

Seamless Integration with Custom Forms

With Custom Forms now fully supporting this feature, you can collect personalized information from bookers during the booking process. This ensures you have precise details, enhancing preparation and engagement for each meeting.

How to Set Up Multiple Meeting Locations

  1. Navigate to calendar settings and choose the calendar you wish to configure.
  2. For Event Calendar, scroll to the meeting location section.
  3. For Round Robin / Service Calendar, scroll to the team members section.
  4. Click on "+ Add Location".
  5. Select and configure your desired locations.
  6. After adding your meeting locations, remember to click "Save."

Important Note: This feature is available only for the Event Calendar and Round Robin/Service calendar with a single team member. It's compatible exclusively with the Neo widget.

The ability to choose from multiple meeting locations significantly enhances the booker's user experience. It allows for selecting the most convenient option, whether it's a physical office, a variety of store locations, or a virtual meeting, meeting diverse preferences and improving overall satisfaction.
