- Block Spam Calls: Automatically flag spam calls from unknown U.S. numbers, reducing unwanted interruptions and allowing you to focus on what truly matters.

- Validate Numbers Before SMS: Continue to check if numbers are capable of receiving SMS messages, ensuring your communications reach their destination.
How Will This Affect Your Operations?
As of Monday, Nov 25th, 2024, accounts already utilizing Number Validation will automatically benefit from the new Spam Detection and Name Lookup features. Those not currently using this feature can opt-in to enjoy these enhancements by activating Number Intelligence.
Associated Costs:
For accounts, these features will be billed according to the SaaS rebilling setup:
- Spam Detection: $0.01 per call from unknown U.S. numbers.
- Name Lookup: $0.01 per call from unknown U.S. numbers.
- Number Validation: Continuing at $0.005 per validation.
Opting Out Options
- Immediate Opt-Out: To prevent any related charges, go to Sub-account Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > SMS Compliance to disable Number Validation.
- Future Opt-Out: Post-release, disable Number Intelligence under Sub-account Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Number Intelligence for no future charges.
Device Compatibility
- Web App: Fully supports all functionalities, including Spam Detection, Name Lookup, and Number Validation.
- Mobile App: Currently supports Name Lookup and Number Validation, with Spam Detection capabilities coming soon.

This upgrade is available for accounts using the Phone System from November 25th, 2024. It’s an excellent opportunity to reduce time spent on spam calls, allowing your teams to connect with valuable leads efficiently.
