You can now personalize your document signing experience by choosing between hand-drawn signatures, typed signatures, or both. This new flexibility in signature options enhances the user experience and aligns with industry compliance standards.
With our latest update, users have the flexibility to select the type of signature they want to support on their Documents & Contracts. Whether you prefer the authenticity of hand-drawn signatures or the convenience of typed ones, the choice is yours!
Navigate to Control Signing Settings and choose your preferred signature option: Draw Signatures, Typed Signatures, or Both. This customization is designed to cater to varying business needs and legal requirements, making the signing process smoother for everyone involved.
Enhancing your document signing options is easy. Follow these steps to configure your preferred signature settings:
Navigate to Payments → Documents & Contracts
Access the settings by going to the Payments section, then select Documents & Contracts.
Select Document Settings
In the sidebar, click on Document Settings.
Control Signing Settings
Scroll to Control Signing Settings, then choose Draw Signatures, Typed Signatures, or Both. Don’t forget to hit Save!
User Interaction
When filling out a document, users will click the Signature field.
Signature Pop-up
Depending on your configured global settings, the user will see the option to draw only, type only, or both.
