We are thrilled to introduce the all-new Product Wishlisting feature, now seamlessly integrated within the Customer Access Center. This enhancement is designed to elevate the shopping experience for your customers by allowing them to save products they are interested in, thereby driving repeat purchases and engagements.

Key Capabilities

Builder Functionality

• Wishlist Integration: Store owners can activate the Wishlist feature on the Product List Page, Product Details Page, or Featured Product Element. You’ll have complete flexibility over button color customization to match your store’s aesthetics.
• Customer Login Dropdown: Add a Wishlist menu item under the Customer Login dropdown in your store’s navigation, making it easily accessible for logged-in customers.
• Login Requirement: To utilize the Wishlist, customers must be logged in to their accounts. Upon selecting the Wishlist option, those not logged in will be prompted with the CAC login window.

Wishlist Access in Customer Access Center (CAC)

• Dedicated Wishlist Page: Customers can effortlessly view and manage their wishlisted products via a designated Wishlist page within the CAC, with options to remove items as desired.

How to Enable the Wishlist Feature

1. Access the Store Builder: First, navigate to your store pages through the Store Builder.
2. Activate the Wishlist Button:
   • Choose from Product List, Product Details, or Featured Product element.
   • Go to General Settings > Wishlist Products and toggle on “Enable Wishlist Products”.
3. Customize Button Appearance: Adjust the Wishlist Icon Active Color and Wishlist Button Background Color to suit your store’s design.
4. Set Up Customer Access:
   • Ensure the customer login button is visible in your navigation menu.
   • Add a new menu item for the Wishlist. Redirect customers to the Customer Access Center with the page set as “Wishlist”.
5. Publish Changes: Save and publish your updates for the Wishlist feature activation.
6. Domain Verification: Confirm a valid domain is added, verified, and linked to a store page to ensure the login and Wishlist functions operate smoothly.

Important Considerations

• Login Is Necessary: The Wishlist feature requires customers to be logged in. If they aren’t, they will be directed to the CAS login screen.
• CAC is Central: All Wishlist interactions, such as viewing and removing products, happen within the Customer Access Center.
• Domain Settings: Ensure your store page is linked to a valid domain for the login feature to function effectively.
