Streamline Your Sales Process with New Estimate Linking Features

We're excited to announce an enhancement to our platform that takes your sales process to the next level! You can now seamlessly link estimates to Opportunities directly from the Payments tab, ensuring that you stay organized and efficient.

What’s New?

Seamless Auto-Linking

  • Every estimate created from an Opportunity’s Payments tab (or via workflow) is instantly and automatically linked back to that Opportunity. This means that you'll never have to worry about losing track of which deal your estimates belong to.

On-Screen Linking Option in Payments

  • Within the Payments tab, switch to Estimates and hit Create estimate. Simply check 'Link Opportunity' and select the relevant deal before sending.

Fully Automated via Workflows

  • You can now automate the entire process. Use a Send Estimate action within an Opportunity-triggered workflow (e.g., a Status or Stage change). The system will handle the creation, sending, and linking of the estimate for you.

How to Use

Via Opportunities

  1. Open an Opportunity and navigate to the Payments tab.

  2. Access the Actions Menu and click on Create estimate.

  3. You will be redirected to the estimate screen with the opportunity already linked.

  1. From the Payments Tab, use the dropdown to select Estimates and then click Create estimate.

  2. Within the estimate, select a contact and then select the corresponding opportunity to link it.

Via Workflows

  1. Set up a Workflow trigger based on an Opportunity event.

  2. Add the Send Estimate action, and the estimate creation, sending, and linking will be fully automated.
