Enhance Your Strategy with Optional End Time for Dynamic Timers

Optional End Time for Dynamic Timer

Enjoy more flexibility and control with our new update to dynamic timers! You can now set a timer to end after a specific duration, starting from when the email is opened or sent. This change empowers you to customize time-sensitive promotions that better suit your marketing strategies and customer interactions.

Why This Matters

Previously, the end time for dynamic timers was a fixed element tied to the timer's duration. This limitation is now a thing of the past. With the optional end time feature, you can align your marketing efforts more closely with user engagement, ensuring your offers get the attention they deserve.

Key Benefits

  • Improved Customization: Set timers according to when a recipient engages with your email, offering a more personalized experience.
  • Boost Engagement: Tailor promotions such as discounts or limited-time offers to better fit the user's behavior.

Example Use Cases

  • Two-Hour Discount: Provide a two-hour discount triggered from the moment an abandoned cart email is opened.
  • Birthday Treat: Offer a 24-hour discount starting when a birthday email is opened.

How to Implement

  1. Navigate to the Countdown Timer section.
  2. Create a new timer and select Dynamic.
  3. Set the desired duration, and importantly, disable the Set End Time function.

Important Note: Each dynamic timer operates once per contact. To reuse it across different templates, it's advisable to clone the timer.
