As your knowledge base is updated, your agents automatically benefit from improved responses without requiring code modifications.
Per-Agent Knowledge Base Assignment: Customize each voice agent with a dedicated knowledge base tailored to its specific use case or audience.
Trigger-Based Invocation: Define trigger prompts to activate the knowledge base, ensuring the agent taps into it based on user intent.
Dynamic Query Matching: Once a trigger is activated, the agent can interpret the entire user query and retrieve the most relevant knowledge base content.
Seamless Maintainability: Any update to the linked knowledge base is immediately reflected in live conversations, eliminating the need for extra logic.
