We are thrilled to introduce a series of improvements and bug fixes to the Autosave feature in our Builder. These updates are designed to enhance speed, reliability, and user interface consistency—benefiting you by making your experience faster and more seamless.
- Faster Load and Save Times: Experience up to 50% faster load and save times for both manual and autosave actions, streamlining your workflow.
- Efficient API Calls: Parallel execution of API calls now reduces wait times, enhancing overall responsiveness within the Builder.
- Improved Token Handling: Currently in progress, we are developing graceful handling of expired or invalid tokens to prevent any interruptions in the autosave process.
🎨 UI & UX Updates
- Consistent Interface: The top bar on the Versions page is now visually aligned with the main builder, including adjustments to height, width, and padding for a uniform appearance.
- Streamlined Notifications: We’ve removed the yellow “unsaved changes” indicator. Thanks to increased reliability, autosave now manages state efficiently without visual prompts.
- Accurate Tooltips: The “Last saved” tooltip has been refined to accurately display the most recent autosave or version update.
- Enhanced Global Section Behavior: Interactions with Global Sections are now smoother, offering an improved user experience.
🐞 Bug Fixes
- Version Deletion Fix: We’ve fixed an issue where the wrong version could be deleted upon reaching the 50-version history limit.
- Optimized Saves: Our system now skips unnecessary saves if no changes have been made since the last save, optimizing storage and performance.
- Resolved Errors: Users will no longer encounter 500 errors due to incorrect version loads in the builder.
