Streamlined Calendar Management

With the new update, admins can now effortlessly manage calendar connections for any staff member directly from the Calendar Connections tab. Here's what you can do:

• View all calendar integrations for a selected staff member
• Add new connections
• Remove existing connections
• Update sync settings and calendar configurations

These enhancements are crafted to ensure that your team can maintain an organized and synchronized schedule across the board.

New Access Control Update

Previously, access to the Calendar Connections tab was restricted, causing potential disruptions and a higher volume of support requests. Now, Agency Admins can view and manage calendar connections for all team members, regardless of location assignments, thus facilitating smoother operations and fewer obstacles.

How to Use the Enhanced Calendar Connections

1. Navigate to Calendar Settings > Calendar Connections.
2. Use the Staff dropdown to select a user.
3. View, add, remove, or update that user’s calendar connections as needed.
