What’s New in Campaign Reporting

Introducing the Overall Summary Section
Gain quick insights into your campaign performance with the new Overall Summary section. This addition allows you to have a snapshot of how your campaigns are performing over a customizable 90-day period. Say goodbye to fragmented data and welcome a complete picture in one place.

Accurate Engagement Analysis
One of the prominent updates is the correction in Engagement summary graphs. Now you can rely on precise visual representations of your campaign’s engagement metrics. Whether it’s opens, clicks, or other critical metrics, rest assured that the data now reflects accurate performance.

Conversion Tracking Over Time
We’ve added a new Conversions Over Time graph that allows you to track your order trends seamlessly. This feature helps you pinpoint when your campaigns are having the most significant impact on your sales, enabling better planning and strategy development.

SMTP Metric Correction
For those using SMTP, the previous discrepancy where the “Delivered” metric was incorrectly shown as “Opened” has been resolved. Delivered status is now correctly indicated as N/A (not applicable), eliminating confusion and ensuring clarity in reporting.

Note: The engagement summary displays total clicks and unique opens for each day, giving you precise data points to analyze.
