Enhanced Customization for Viewing Calendar Appointments

We're excited to announce a significant enhancement to our calendar functionality. Now, users can view calendar events, appointments, and confirmation emails in their chosen timezone.

Previously, calendar viewings were solely in the timezone of the business. However, with this new update, the user's selected timezone will be applied consistently, ensuring a personalized and accurate representation of their schedule.

How It Works

The desired timezone setting can be accessed under "Settings > My Profile > User Availability." This selected timezone will then be used to display all appointments in the calendar module.

This personalization will impact the following areas in the Calendar Module:

  • Calendar View
  • Appointment List
  • Confirmation Email
