SMBcrm stays committed to making your experience smoother and more efficient. Today, we’re delighted to debut a new product update that will significantly streamline the way you manage your documents and contracts – now directly under Contacts!

What’s New?

Previously, users had to navigate through different tabs to access various documents linked with a contact. With this latest product update, things just got a whole lot simpler!

The new feature lists all documents associated with a particular contact within the contact’s document management section. This includes documents where the contact is a primary or a secondary recipient. Whether you’ve sent these documents or marked them as completed, you can now quickly and easily find them all in one place.

How to Use the Updated Document Management Feature

Get started by opening a contact. Next, click on the Document Management Icon.

Once you’re in the Document Management section, click on the All tab. Here, you can view all associated documents, their status, and several handy functions.

You now have the ability to view the source in the editor and copy the link for sent documents. Better yet, you can also download documents directly from this section.
