  • Modify Frequency: Adjust your billing cycle—whether weekly, monthly, or annually—to better suit client needs or project timelines.
  • Change Dates: Easily update the start and end dates of scheduled invoices. Whether it’s an extension of service periods or a change in contractual agreements, make adjustments without hassle.
  • Update Products/Services: Reflect any changes in your offerings by adding, removing, or altering the products and services in active recurring invoices.
  • Automated Email Alerts: For edited recurring invoices with auto-payment enabled, automatic email notifications are triggered to alert users of changes.
  • Personalization Options: Customize the contents of your notification emails to ensure they align with your brand’s voice. Tailor subject lines and message bodies within the invoice settings for a consistent brand experience.

How to Use the New Features

  • Make Adjustments: Modify the frequency, dates, or listed products/services as required.
