- Automated Email Alerts: For edited recurring invoices with auto-payment enabled, automatic email notifications are triggered to alert users of changes.
- Personalization Options: Customize the contents of your notification emails to ensure they align with your brand’s voice. Tailor subject lines and message bodies within the invoice settings for a consistent brand experience.
How to Use the New Features
- Access Recurring Invoices: Begin by navigating to the Invoicing section in your dashboard and select Recurring Invoices.
- View the Invoice to Edit: Browse through and select the active or scheduled recurring invoice you wish to edit.
- Make Adjustments: Modify the frequency, dates, or listed products/services as required.
- Save Changes: Once adjustments are complete, save the invoice to apply your updates.
- Customizing Email Notifications: Head over to Invoice Settings under customer notifications to customize the auto-payment changed notification.
