Enhanced Email Campaign Statistics

We are excited to introduce our Enhanced Email Campaign Statistics. This feature offers comprehensive analysis reports for the previous 7 and 30 days. This new feature provides you with valuable metrics and makes tracking performance trends easier than ever before.

Identifying A Need

Historically, we’ve had limited options for analyzing sent campaigns. That’s about to change! We’ve launched detailed campaign analysis reports. This empowers you to better understand performance trends over the past 7 and 30 days.

New Features

With this update, you’ll have access to a wide range of actionable insights:

  • Conversion Summary: This feature provides concise insights into critical metrics such as orders placed, total revenue, order rate, and average order value.
  • Engagement Summary: You can now view a summarized funnel overview of delivered, opened, clicked, and ordered metrics for deeper engagement analysis.
  • Performance Analysis: Track trends over time including metrics like sent, opened, clicked, and unsubscribed.
  • Top Performing Emails: Easily identify the top 5 revenue-generating emails to set performance benchmarks.
  • Recent Email Analysis: Access the 10 most recent emails for in-depth analysis.

Additionally, we will soon expand the analysis capacity to the last 60 and 90 days. This will provide even broader insights. Plus, we’re developing a feature to identify your top-performing campaigns based on open rates.

Accessing The New Feature

Getting to this new feature is easy:

  1. Visit the Email Marketing section of your account. Screenshot of email campaign management system interface.
  2. Click on Campaigns.
  3. Select the Statistics option.
  4. Choose your date range: last 7 or 30 days. image
  5. In the Performance Analysis section, select the metric you want to analyze from the dropdown menu. image

⚠️ Note: These reports currently focus solely on emails from Email campaigns. This new feature is also currently available on Beta Labs, so ensure you have the permissions enabled. Screenshot of software interface with gamification and email dashboard features.
