We’re excited to announce an update that simplifies and streamlines your experience with forms and surveys on the SMBcrm platform.
We’ve introduced a new ‘Edit’ option directly within the funnel builder, which allows you to readily modify the details of your forms and surveys as you’re working on your funnel. Now, you can open either the form or survey builder straight from the funnel builder and see your changes update in real time.
This new feature eliminates the need to navigate away from the funnel builder, making your workflow more efficient. Changes made on your forms and surveys will instantly be reflected in the funnel preview. Refreshing the funnel builder will also incorporate these changes seamlessly into the current build.
Here, you can see the ‘Edit’ button positioned within the funnel builder for quick and easy access.
In addition to this new functionality, we’ve also resolved a bug affecting the form or survey nomenclature in the funnel builder. After updating the name of a form or survey, you’ll now see that the new name accurately appears in the dropdown within the funnel builder. This ensures clearer and more consistent naming conventions across the platform.
