Groups Pagination Enhancements

In addition to the new GIF features, we’ve made some meaningful enhancements and fixes to improve overall stability and user experience:

• Paginated Groups: To reduce latency of the get groups API and resolve visibility issues, groups are now paginated on the communities-builder site. This change ensures that all groups, active and inactive, are easily accessible, even when the total number exceeds 50.
