Calendar – Group Deletion Enhancement

We’re excited to introduce a significant enhancement to our calendar management system.

Greater Flexibility in Calendar Management

Previously, deleting a group would automatically delete all calendars in that group, which also resulted in the deletion of all appointments in those calendars. This update now offers users the option to:

  • Retain all calendars and their appointments while only deleting the group.
  • Delete the group along with all associated calendars and their appointments.

This enhancement provides users with greater flexibility and control over their calendar management, ensuring that no important appointments are lost unintentionally.

How to Use the New Feature

Here’s a step-by-step guide to utilizing this new group deletion feature:

  1. Navigate to Calendar Settings
    • Start by going to your Calendar Settings and selecting Calendars.
  2. Access the Group Tab
    • Navigate to the Group tab where your calendar groups are listed.
  3. Initiate Group Deletion
  • Click on the three dots next to the group you wish to delete.
  1. Select Delete
    • Choose the Delete option from the dropdown menu.
  2. Choose Your Deletion Preference
    • In the pop-up window, you’ll see an option:
      • Check the box if you want to delete the calendars and appointments as well.
      • Leave it unchecked if you wish to retain the calendars and their appointments.
  3. Confirm Deletion
  • Click Confirm to finalize your choice.

This intuitive enhancement ensures a smoother, more controlled experience when managing your calendar groups and appointments.
