Enhanced Multi-Select Functionality in SMBcrm Platform

Introduction

We’re pleased to announce an important update that enhances usability and functionality within the SMBcrm platform. With this new release, you’ll now have the ability to select multiple options in Forms, Surveys, Contains Phrase, and Exact Match fields.

New Feature Overview

This new feature is designed to enhance user experience when creating triggers. Previously, users were required to create multiple triggers to select the same filter more than once. Now, you can perform the same function with just a single trigger.

How does it work?

The new multi-select functionality enables you to select multiple options by either clicking on options from a dropdown menu for filters in Forms and Surveys or by pressing ‘Enter’ or ‘Return’ after typing in the Contains Phrase and Exact Match fields.

The functionality baselines on the “Or” principle. For instance, consider a Facebook Post comments trigger with five options selected in the Contains Phrase field. This trigger will activate if any of the five phrases are used in a comment by a contact.
